COVID-19 BUYER INFORMATION

While is is not "business as usual", Denise Dilbey and fellow REALTORS® are here to support our clients. Adapting to an ever-changing reality, as we fight to contain the coronavirus is a daunting task. REALTORS® continue practicing social distancing and working from home offices, rather than doing to our local real estate offices. Denise Dilbey continues to encourage propective buyers to conduct viewings from their homes on their computers, smartphones and devices. It might be ackward for REALTORS® to provide real estate services to meet your client's needs online, but we are all adapting and want to help you.  If buyers insist on seeing a property "in person", it is important to note that Denise Dilbey will not put her Seller clients in harms way.  Although it will always remain the choice of the Seller to confirm or refuse showings, it is mandatory for the following the COVID-19 Property Showing Health Disclosure Declaration to be completed prior to entering any listed property. Denise Dilbey asks her buyer clients to consider the health and safety of others prior to requesting any "in person" viewings.

Both Buyers and Buyer REALTOR® sales representatives must complete a Property Showing Health Disclosure Declaration form confirming the following statements to be true:

â–¡ I have not travelled anywhere outside of Canada, or been in contact with anyone who has travelled outside of Canada, in the last 14 days.

â–¡ I have not experienced any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.

â–¡ I have not knowingly come into contact with anyone experiencing any of the following symptoms in the last 14 days: fever, dry cough, shortness of breath, or difficulty breathing.

â–¡ I have not knowingly come into contact with anyone with a presumptive or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days.

Each Buyer/Buyer Prospect must also complete the following:

â–¡ I have not knowingly come into contact with anyone with a presumptive or confirmed COVID-19 diagnosis in the last 14 days.

Access to this property will not be granted for any REALTOR® or Buyer/Buyer Prospect who has either not completed this form, or has been unable to check all of the above 4 criteria.
